T20 World Cup: Uganda created history, won World Cup ticket for the first time, Zimbabwe failed again

The T20 World Cup to be held in West Indies and America in June 2024 will see a team which has surprised the whole world and made it to an ICC tournament for the first time. Name is- Uganda. In the ongoing African Qualifier for the T20 World Cup, on Thursday 30 November, Uganda defeated Rwanda by 9 wickets and with this created history in a sensational manner and qualified for the World Cup. While Uganda’s success gave the cricket world a reason to rejoice, for the second time in a row this year, Zimbabwe’s team failed to cross the qualification hurdle.
