- 1 kg carrot
- 1/2 liter full cream milk
- 400 grams sugar
- Better Mix Dry Fruits
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 3 tbsp ghee

– First of all wash and clean the carrots. – Now peel it and cut it into small pieces. – Now put the carrots in the cooker and also add 1 glass of milk and take out 2 spoons. – After the whistle, let the cooker cool down. On the other hand, take a pan and heat it on medium flame. – Add ghee to it and open the cooker and add carrots to it. – Now break it thoroughly in one go with the smasher. – Now fry it until it turns golden. – Now add more milk if needed. – When the milk dries, add sugar to it.
