Ola may charge you cancellation charges for any one of the following reasons-

  • You cancel the trip 3 (three) minutes or later from the time the driver accepts the ride.
  • The driver cancels the trip after waiting for 5 minutes or more at your pickup location.

However, if the driver is late by more than 5 minutes from the estimated time of arrival at the pickup location, cancellation charges will not be charged.

The amount of cancellation fee may vary depending on your city and the category of the selected vehicle.

  • Tell Ola about your problem and send it.
