Actress Urvashi Dholakia has given fans a glimpse of her London getaway with filmmaker and producer Ekta Kapoor, sharing photographs and a video from their trip while celebrating their longstanding friendship.
Dholakia, known for her role as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, posted moments from the trip on Instagram along with a message about their bond. “We are not just making memories.. we are paving the way for many more,” she wrote in the post.
The video captures Dholakia and Kapoor exploring London, posing together and enjoying individual moments during the getaway. Dholakia also used the song Life Is Crazy, featuring music and vocals by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Uday Benegal, Shankar Mahadevan, Loy Mendonsa and Alyssa Mendonsa, as the soundtrack.
The London trip offered a glimpse of the friendship the two have maintained beyond their professional association in the television industry.
Dholakia had also recently shared photographs with Kapoor and actress Nargis Fakhri, referring to the two as her “right tribe” while celebrating friendship and meaningful relationships.
Dholakia and Kapoor’s association dates back more than two decades. Their professional collaboration began in 2000 with Kasautii Zindagii Kay, produced by Kapoor, in which Dholakia played the iconic antagonist Komolika. Their professional relationship subsequently developed into a close personal friendship.
On the work front, Dholakia was recently seen in Maa Hai Na, a reality cooking show hosted by actress Shilpa Shetty. The programme featured celebrity contestants competing in pairs, with each team comprising a public figure and their parent or adult child. The contestants participated in cooking challenges as well as comedy segments.
