Seema Sajdeh, the former wife of actor Sohail Khan, has described him as a private person who prefers familiar surroundings and “likes his comfort zone”, while also opening up about her own life and approach to relationships after their divorce.
Speaking to actor couple Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi on Double Date, Seema said Sohail generally gets along with people but is not particularly inclined towards extended conversations. She described him as someone who tends to keep to himself and feels most comfortable in familiar surroundings.
“He likes his comfort zone,” she said.
Seema also described Sohail as a “creature of habit and routine”, saying that as the reality show Alliance progressed, he began missing his family, home and children.
The conversation also turned to Seema’s perspective on companionship following her divorce from Sohail. She said that after a long day, her preference is to return home to her dogs and acknowledged that she has become accustomed to living independently.
Seema said she was not ruling out companionship in the future, but questioned whether she would now feel comfortable having someone waiting for her at home. “I’m very happy by myself,” she said.
She also spoke candidly about her approach to beauty, ageing and self-care, revealing that she has undergone cosmetic treatments including fillers, Botox and Profhilo, along with laser treatments as part of her skincare and beauty routine.
Her conversation on Double Date touched on relationships, personal independence, beauty and identity, with Seema discussing different aspects of her life openly and reflecting on the comfort she has found in being herself.
