Actress Shazahn Padamsee has ventured into music with her debut original single Raatan Kaaliyan, describing the song as a deeply personal reflection of how her understanding of love has evolved.
The track traces an emotional journey from seeking reassurance and depending on another person emotionally to discovering a more secure and mature idea of love. Speaking about her musical debut, Padamsee said music had always been a personal means of expression for her and that the new song allowed her to tell a story rooted in her own experiences.
“Music has always been a very personal form of expression for me, so making ‘Raatan Kaaliyan’ feels incredibly special. The song comes from a very honest place and reflects how my understanding of love has evolved. Until now, I’ve largely been part of other people’s stories.
