The box office this week witnessed a bunch of new movies hitting the big screens, while older releases continued to dominate occupancy. Today, we will discuss the top four films that are currently running in theatres. Among them, one film was released more than two months ago and, despite its long theatrical run, continues to perform strongly at the box office.
We are talking about none other than Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2. The film was released on March 19, 2026, and is still drawing audiences to theatres. Dhurandhar 2 still mints money at the box office
Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2 performed exceptionally well at the box office, and its earnings continue even on its 75th day in theatres.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 674.17 crore in its first week, Rs 263.65 crore in the second week, Rs 110.60 crore in the third week, Rs 54.70 crore in the fourth week, Rs 19.52 crore in the fifth week, Rs 12.45 crore in the sixth week, Rs 5.58 crore in the seventh week, Rs 3.89 crore in the eighth week, Rs 2.19 crore in the ninth week, and Rs 1.45 crore in the tenth week.
Now, on Day 75, Dhurandhar 2 has minted Rs 8 lakh, taking its overall India net collection to Rs 1,148.78 crore.
Blast day 5 earnings
Arjun Sarja’s film Blast was released on big screens without much fanfare. Despite that the movie recovered its budget in just four days. The movie minted Rs 9 crore in four days, establishing itself on the box office. The movie surprisingly left behind films like Karuppur and Drishyam 3 on its first Monday. Blast earned Rs 3.60 crore on its first Monday, its fifth day of release. The film’s India net collection has since reached Rs 17.55 crore.
Deool Bandh 2 box office collection day 12
The Marathi film Deool Bandh 2 is also performing well at the box office. As per the reports by industry tracker Sacnilk the movie earned Rs 30.20 crore in the first week. The movie became the fifth highest-grossing Marathi film in 11 days.
