Lucknow Saumitra Vihar Land Allotment: Allotment of plots and numbering draws were concluded under Landpooling Policy in Soumitra Vihar scheme of Lucknow. At the same time, residential plots and buildings were also allotted in Ghaziabad Mandola Vihar and Meerut-Jhansi.
Lucknow. The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council completed the process of allotment of plots and building in several schemes simultaneously on Monday. Plots and buildings were allotted to farmers, landlords and common citizens through draws held in Lucknow and Ghaziabad. This step not only meets residential needs, but also reveals the transparent functioning of the Development Council.
Process of building allocation in Ghaziabad Mandola Vihar completed
Online registrations for 226 self-funded semi-finished buildings were held in July and August 2025 at Mandola Vihar Yojana, Sector-5A in Ghaziabad. Out of the 462 applications received, 452 characters were found. On Monday, 175 buildings were allotted through a draw held at the Central Market Hall of Vasundhara Yojana, Sector-16. With this process, the council is expected to get revenue of about 2021.26 lakh rupees.

Allotment of Ghaziabad in the presence of officials
The allocation process was concluded under the chairmanship of Anil Kumar Singh, Deputy Housing Commissioner of Meerut Zone. During this, Ghaziabad’s property manager P.S. Rawat, Superintending Engineer of Baghpat Circle Rakesh Chandra, Assistant Engineer Dujai Ram, Under Engineer Mayank and District Magistrate Representative Naib Tehsildar were present.
Allotment of plots under Lucknow Soumitra Vihar scheme
Allotment of plots and numbering draws under the Landpooling Policy at Soumitra Vihar Yojana, Mohanlalganj of Lucknow took place in Awadh Vihar Yojana. In this process, plots of 40.74, 60, 75 and 122.23 square meters were allocated to farmers and landowners. Draw was concluded under the supervision of Deputy Housing Commissioner Chandan Kumar Patel.
A big draw program will be held again in Lucknow today
Today, a draw of plots of 200 and 300 square meters will be held on 23 September 2025 under Soumitra Vihar Yojana. A large number of applicants will participate in this process.
Allotment process will be done on Tuesday in Meerut and Jhansi
The Uttar Pradesh Housing Council has also announced a draw in Meerut and Jhansi on Tuesday, furthering the allocation process.
- There will be a lottery draw among 2029 applicants for 30 residential plots in Madhavapuram Scheme No-10, Sector-4 of Meerut.
- 53 plots will be allotted for 823 applicants in Land Development and Home Places Scheme No-3 of Jhansi, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium, Jhunkan Bagh.
