GST Savings Festival: This initiative starting from Navratri in Madhya Pradesh is beneficial for all classes. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav called upon citizens to use indigenous goods and promote MSME products.
After the message of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s name to the nation, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav gave important information on the GST savings festival starting from Navratri. The Chief Minister said that this initiative will prove to be beneficial for all sections of the society and will motivate citizens to use indigenous goods.
5% GST increased due to Prime Minister’s decision
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi has taken an important decision to reduce GST rates. Now 99 percent of the goods have come under the purview of 5 percent GST. This will make this initiative from the day of Navratri to become a kind of savings celebration for common citizens.
Dr. Yadav told the media that Navratri is starting as a GST savings festival. This step is a significant economic benefit for the national dwellers. The Chief Minister appealed to all citizens to proudly use indigenous goods.

Ensure participation in weaker class income and development
The Chief Minister said that this initiative is important to provide economic benefits from weak to weaker sections. This will increase their income and will be able to actively participate in the process of development.
Promoting small, micro and medium industries
Dr. Yadav said that goods manufactured by small, micro and medium industries should be used more and more. This will encourage ‘Make in India’ and ‘Made in India’ and strengthen the economy.
The Chief Minister said that from the time of Navratri, promoting the price of Swadeshi will improve the lives of farmers, women and youth. Through the purchase of everyday things, the economic strength of the country will be contributed.
