ISI is now trying to bring back into limelight the names of terrorist organizations like Al-Omar-Mujahideen, Al-Badr and Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, which were active between 1990-2000. For this reason, the activities of old over ground workers have again intensified in Kashmir Valley. Security forces are keeping a close watch on them. Pakistan is already in the FATF list due to supporting terrorists. Therefore, instead of helping directly, he is now adopting such tactics.
