According to media reports, he breathed his last on July 26 in London due to a heart attack. This sad news has been confirmed by Dev Anand’s granddaughter Jeena Narang in an official statement issued by the family.

Dev Anand’s granddaughter Zeena Narang issued an official statement saying that the entire family is deeply shocked by Sunil Anand’s demise. He thanked everyone for the love, prayers and support he is receiving during this difficult time. In the statement, the family also appealed to people to respect their privacy. Jeena said that in this difficult time, the family needs personal space to spend time with each other and recover from this grief.

Heart attack was cited as the reason in the report

Sunil Anand was born on 30 June 1956 in Zurich, Switzerland. At that time his parents Dev Anand and Kalpana Karthik had gone abroad to attend a film festival. He completed his studies in Business Administration from America. After this, he took training in Wing Chun martial arts in Hong Kong and then returned to India to pursue a career in Bollywood.
