Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami listened to the 136th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ along with ex-servicemen and families of martyred soldiers at Gandhi Park in Dehradun on Sunday. During this period many public representatives, officers and former military officers were also present.

Appreciation of Prime Minister Modi’s message on self-reliant India in defense sector
The Chief Minister said that this time the Prime Minister discussed in detail important topics like the achievements of DRDO, India’s increasing self-reliance in defense production, export of defense products, water conservation, preservation of traditional handicrafts and ‘Vocal for Local’. He said that this message of the Prime Minister will further strengthen the resolve of self-reliant India and inspire the countrymen to adopt indigenous products.
India continues to create new identity in defence, science and innovation
Chief Minister Dhami said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is continuously making new achievements in areas like defence, science, technology, innovation and economic development. He said that today the country is progressing at a fast pace in every field and the marginal areas are also developing rapidly. The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, continuous work is being done to realize the dreams of the common citizens of the country.
