Whereas weightlifter Dilbagh Singh was returned from Glasgow but he himself was not implicated in doping. Actually, according to the rules, whichever country’s association comes up with a doping case, its slot will be reduced by one slot. Before the start of the Games, there were 5 cases related to Indian weightlifting, due to which the slots were reduced from 16 to 11.
