On this, the doctor says that mobile phones are also based on microwave. They also produce a kind of radiation, just their frequency is different.

Doctor Divya Jyoti said, “Talking about background radiation, the mobile phone and radiation emanating from Wi-Fi are very less than that. If the exposure increases a lot from these two, then the answer is not. Compared to this, our exposure is much more about background radiation.”
Experts say that radiation comes out of all types of appliances in our house. TV, from fridge to AC. Any electric appliance, electromagnetic waves are associated with it.
Some experts recommend that if there is a fear of EMF overaxpose, then you should avoid putting a router in the room in which you sleep.
Or if it is not possible, then you can keep the router at a good distance from the gold bed.
