Twisha Sharma Death Case: This story is of 33-year-old Twisha Sharma, resident of the hi-tech city of Noida, UP, who had once won the title of ‘Miss Pune’ on the basis of her beauty and talent and was also seen in the Telugu cinema film ‘Mugguru Monagallu’. Twisha, an MBA graduate, was also a successful marketing professional, yoga trainer and Vipassana practitioner. In the year 2024, he met Bhopal lawyer Samarth Singh through a dating app. Samarth Singh is not an ordinary person, but the son of retired session judge of Madhya Pradesh Giribala Singh. Both of them got married with great pomp in December 2025. But no one had imagined the dreadful web that was being woven behind this union of glamor and influence. Just 5 months after the marriage, on the night of 12 May 2026, Twisha’s body was found hanging under suspicious circumstances in Katara Hills area of Bhopal.

Steps towards the terrace and that mysterious night: What is the CCTV footage hiding?
The CCTV footage that has surfaced after Twisha’s death has made this entire matter more mysterious. In the footage, Twisha is seen heading towards the terrace of her house in Bhopal, shortly before her death. The visuals that follow are even more shocking, in which her husband Samarth Singh and two others are seen bringing Twisha’s lifeless body down from the terrace. The in-laws claim that Twisha committed suicide by hanging herself from an exercise rod on the ceiling. He was taken to the hospital at 11 pm, where doctors declared him dead. The surprising thing is that no suicide note was found from the spot and just an hour before her death i.e. till 10 pm, Twisha was talking to her parents.

Chakravyuh of influence and warning of ‘suicide’ outside Chief Minister’s residence
As soon as the news of Twisha’s death was received, her father Navnidhi Sharma and brother, who had fled from Noida, opened a front for justice in Bhopal. The family alleges that the influence of the accused is so great that they are influencing the investigation. This was strengthened when retired judge Giribala Singh got anticipatory bail immediately after the case was registered, while the bail plea of the main accused husband Samarth Singh was rejected by the court and he absconded as a fugitive carrying a reward of Rs 10,000.

The family demonstrated outside the CM residence
Seeing the lack of justice, Twisha’s family staged a strong protest outside the residence of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. Father Navnidhi Sharma tearfully warned, “If my daughter does not get justice, I will set myself on fire outside the CM House.” The family demands that there are injury marks on Twisha’s body, hence the postmortem of the body should be done again at AIIMS Delhi. He has also requested to preserve the dead body at minus 4 degrees Celsius to prevent it from rotting.

Pregnancy, doubt on character and that last Instagram message: “Just don’t get trapped…”
Twisha was two months pregnant and her WhatsApp chat that has surfaced is enough to shock the heart of any sensitive person. On April 30, Twisha had written to her mother: “I am feeling very suffocated mother… Samarth asks whose child is this? My life has become hell, these people are very cruel.” A few minutes before her death, Twisha sent her last message to her friend Meenakshi on Instagram, which has now become the biggest suspense of this case. Twisha had written: “I am stuck, man. Just don’t get stuck. Can’t talk much, will call at the right time.” That call never came and Twisha’s body was found the next morning.

In-laws’ counterattack: “Daughter-in-law had drug addiction and sudden mood swings.”
On this entire matter, the accused party i.e. retired judge Giribala Singh has defended his family by holding a press conference. He completely rejected all the allegations of Twisha’s family and made serious allegations against the deceased herself. The bail plea claimed that Twisha had a dangerous drug addiction and when she did not get the drug, she would have trembling hands and mood swings. The mother-in-law alleges that despite repeated refusal of the family, Twisha had consumed abortion pills, due to which she was mentally unstable. At present, Bhopal Police has formed a 6-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to connect the links of this high-profile case and investigate the allegations of destruction of evidence.

Who was Twisha Sharma?
Twisha Sharma was a 33-year-old MBA graduate from Noida, who had made her career in the field of marketing and communication before marriage. She worked in Delhi for many years and was also known for her participation in beauty pageants and films. Twisha had been ‘Miss Pune’ and was also seen in the Telugu film ‘Mugguru Monagallu’. According to an unverified LinkedIn profile, she described herself as a marketing professional with experience working in the restaurant industry. He also mentioned his interest in acting, filmmaking and regional cinema. Apart from her corporate and creative work, Twisha also identifies herself as a certified yoga trainer and Vipassana practitioner.
