Congress leaders protested against alleged atrocities on students near the Prime Minister’s residence in Delhi, where Delhi Police detained several Congress leaders, including opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, party president Mallikarjun Kharge and Priyanka Gandhi. Senior Congress leader Pramod Tiwari strongly supported Rahul Gandhi’s protests over the NEET paper leak controversy. He described the opposition leader as a “roaring lion” who will continue to fight for the rights of students.
