There was a huge uproar in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday over the issue of lathicharge on students. Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that if there is talk of an impartial investigation in this matter, then first the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan should be taken. He clearly said that first resignation and then discussion. The opposition clearly showed its attitude here.
