How to make Tutti-Frutti
First of all, peel the raw papaya and remove its seeds. Now cut it into small cubes. After this, heat water in a vessel and add papaya pieces in it and boil lightly for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep in mind that the pieces should not be too soft. Then filter and separate the water. Now prepare syrup by adding sugar and water in another pan. When the sugar dissolves completely, add lemon juice and vanilla essence in it. Now put the boiled papaya pieces in the syrup and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the sweetness goes deep inside.
Divide the papaya pieces into different bowls and add different colors to each bowl. Leave them covered for 7 to 8 hours or overnight. Next day, take out the colored pieces in a strainer and remove the extra syrup. Then spread them on a plate or tray and dry them for a few hours.
