It was widely reported that the makers of Peddi were planning a grand trailer launch event in North India to strengthen the film’s Hindi market reach.
Cities like Bhopal, Lucknow, and Indore were initially considered for the event.
However, the plans have now changed, with the team finalizing Mumbai as the venue for the trailer launch.
The trailer will be unveiled at a special event in Mumbai on May 18, and preparations for the grand launch are already underway.
While the makers have not officially revealed the reason behind the shift, Mumbai appears to have emerged as the most practical and strategic option under the current circumstances.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, “Peddi” is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. Janhvi Kapoor plays the female lead.
The film, scheduled for release on June 4, is a crucial project for Ram Charan after the disappointing performance of Game Changer.
The actor is said to be placing significant focus on this film.
