According to the police, Harish (contradictory reports on age: 39/49 years), who runs a big business in vehicle resale and real estate, lived in Maruti Layout with his wife Nishatya (36/37 years) and two daughters – Nexa/Nikashita (13/14 years) and Raksha (6/8 years). On the day of the incident, a close friend of Harish called him. When no response was received from any family member for a long time, the friend suspected something untoward. Under this heading, Harish had written a series of wills regarding his assets worth crores, huge bank loans and distribution of his remaining properties among his acquaintances and relatives. The police have taken this suicide note into their possession and its handwriting is being examined.

However, the police say that no one can take such a big step just because of the seizure of two properties, because Harish had a lot of wealth besides this. Mysore SP Mallikarjun Baladandi, after inspecting the spot, said that the real reason behind this bloody step has not been fully known yet.
