  • Do not consume tamasic things like meat, alcohol, garlic, onion etc. on Monday.
  • Do not eat brinjal, jackfruit, mustard greens, black sesame and urad urad on Monday. These things are considered related to Shani Dev.
  • Do not travel in north, east and south-east direction on Monday. Dishasul occurs especially in the east direction on Monday. Traveling in bad direction can lead to inauspicious events.
  • Do not donate white items like sugar, milk, curd, white clothes etc. on Monday. Doing this may cause lunar defect.
