This habit is also very common. But Dr. Saurabh Sethi explains that sleeping with the mouth open spoils the sleep quality, makes the mouth dry and also causes snoring. Persistent snoring is not just a minor problem, but it is also linked to high blood pressure. Additionally, serious problems like sleep apnea affect approximately 1 in 5 adults.

sitting in bad posture for long periods of time

Wrong posture for a long time like sitting bent over or working causes more pressure on the back and neck. This may cause pain and stiffness. Apart from this, sitting like this for a long time can also cause joint related problems.

Nowadays this habit has become common. Because of using mobile phones in the toilet, people spend a long time there. But sitting in the toilet for a long time puts extra pressure on the nerves. This increases the risk of piles.

If you also touch your face again and again, then change this habit today itself. Actually, our hands touch many things throughout the day, due to which bacteria gets on our hands. Touching the face with such hands can cause skin infection, rash or irritation.

Eating too quickly or too frequently is not considered good for health. This can cause you to overeat, which can lead to the problem of bloating. Because when you eat quickly, your brain does not get time to think that your stomach is full. Due to this, you eat more, which causes stomach related problems.
