Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has declared the 12th class result today, due to which the wait of thousands of students is now over. In this examination, Anshit Kumar, resident of Gugga Saloh of Sulah assembly constituency, has secured first position in the entire state.

HPBOSE 12th Result 2026: Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) will release the class 12th results in May 2026. The result will be released in online mode. All the students who appeared in the class 12th annual examination held in 2026 will be able to check their marksheet through the website of news himachali after the release of the results.

To check the result, students will need only roll number or roll code as login credentials.

Students must obtain their original mark sheets from their respective schools. The mark sheet contains the necessary details like name and roll number of the student, subject, marks obtained in theory and practical, total marks. Students who do not qualify the 12th examination will have to appear for the supplementary examination. The minimum passing marks required to pass 12th exam is 33%.

HPBOSE Result 2026: The exam was held in March-April

As per the datesheet, Himachal Pradesh Board 10th examinations started in the month of March and ended in the beginning of April. According to the datesheet released by the board, class 12th examinations were conducted from March 3 to April 1, 2026.

HPBOSE 12th Result 2026: Revaluation Process

Students dissatisfied with their result can apply for re-checking or revaluation of their answer sheets. Students have to fill an online application form for revaluation and pay the required application fee.

If there is an increase in marks after re-checking, the mark sheet will be revised accordingly. However, if there is reduction in marks after re-checking, no change will be made in the marks obtained earlier.

HPBOSE 12th Supplementary: Supplementary Result

Students who fail to obtain a minimum of 33% passing marks in their annual board examinations appear for supplementary examinations. Supplementary examinations are usually conducted in the month of July. The board declares the results of compartment exam in August.
