Stock Market: Sensex plunges nearly 600 pts, Nifty below 24,000

Mumbai: The BSE Sensex dropped 582.86 points to 76,913.50 in early trade on May 1, 2026, i.e., Friday. The NSE Nifty declined 180.10 points to 23,997.55.
