The woman sought divorce on the grounds of cruelty and said that the husband had remarried without informing her. The surprising thing is that the judge of the family court, without even hearing the husband’s side, gave the verdict in favor of the woman and granted the divorce. When the husband came to know about this unilateral divorce, he was shocked.

The couple was married in 1998. The husband works in a marketing company, due to which he often had to stay out of the city for work. Fights started between husband and wife regarding this matter. Fed up with the daily conflicts, the wife left the house in 2015 and started living separately. She wanted a divorce from her husband under any circumstances, but the husband was not ready for it. After this the wife came up with this unique way of gathering evidence for divorce.

It is not known whether this idea was the woman’s or her lawyer’s, but the plan was very clever. In the year 2021, the woman filed a divorce petition in the family court. She claimed that her husband had remarried. As proof, she presented a photo in which her husband was with his sister and some other family members. The woman declared her sister-in-law in the court as her husband’s second wife and the court accepted this fact.
Now danger looms over wife
The husband was shocked by the divorce that took place in his absence. When he got the documents extracted, the entire matter of fraud came to light. Now the husband has appealed against this decision in the High Court. He says that he will not divorce at any cost. Misleading the court is also a crime, in such a situation the wife’s problems may increase for this deception.
