Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 has introduced the biggest twist to its storyline. The show, created by Ektaa Kapoor, currently focuses on Karan’s (Hiten Tejwani) extramarital affair track. Nandini (Gauri Pradhan) feels that Karan cheated on her with another woman, with whom he allegedly has a son. Today’s episode (April 27) finally showcased Smriti Irani’s Tulsi Virani confronting her son Karan for lying to her and betraying Nandini. Tulsi slapped Karan multiple times until she was stopped by someone. And that person was Akashdeep Saigal, who has returned to KSBKBT 2 as Riyansh. Turns out, Riyansh aka Rio is not Karan’s son.

The latest episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 commenced with Tulsi confronting Karan. While she continued slapping her son, Akashdeep’s Riyansh stopped her and asked why she was slapping his father. Seeing Rio, Tulsi was instantly reminded of her son, Ansh Gujral, because of the resemblance. Tulsi was shocked seeing him and got flashes of the time she killed Ansh.

After Tulsi saw Riyansh aka Rio, she asked Karan about him. The episode ended without Karan revealing Rio’s actual identity. However, the upcoming episode’s promo features Karan revealing to Tulsi that Riyansh is actually Ansh’s son. Hearing this, Tulsi was left in disbelief.

Akashdeep Saigal on Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2
Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Zoom, spoke about Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi returning with second season. The actor revealed that his friends, fans and family had been waiting for the show’s second part. “It’s a happy feeling and you’re part of such an iconic show and people just want you back in that show. People have been wanting me in that show ever since.”
That said, Akashdeep finally made his comeback on Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. The Ektaa Kapoor show features Smriti Irani as Tulsi and Amar Upadhyay as Mihir Virani. Apart from them, the show’s star cast also includes Aman Gandhi, Tanisha Mehta, Rohit Suchanti, and others.
