Ingredients for Headache Powder
1 cup roasted unsalted makhana 1 cup grated dry coconut 3-4 tbsp poppy seeds 5-6 tbsp roasted melon seeds ½ cup roasted walnuts ½ cup thread mixture
You have to put all these things in a blender and grind them. When this powder is prepared, store it in an airtight container. In case of headache, take 1 teaspoon mixed with lukewarm milk. However, please note that this is not an immediate relief solution. If you suffer from frequent headaches or migraines, take it regularly for at least 23 months. It would be better if you take it before sleeping at night, so that it can help in nourishing the brain and nervous system.
