In Mumbai, a 10th class student gave a lot of tension to the woman who asked the minister to ‘get out’. Mumbai Woman Who Confronted Minister Faces Police Complaint From Student

A complaint has been registered against the woman who got angry at Minister Girish Mahajan over the BJP protest jam in Mumbai. A student has accused him of trying to create a stampede. However, the minister had earlier refused to take action against the woman.

Mumbai: A complaint has now been registered against the woman who got angry at Maharashtra Minister Girish Mahajan over the traffic jam caused by a BJP protest in Worli, Mumbai. The woman is accused of causing a major accident by creating a stampede. Actually, BJP had taken out a march on the issue of Women’s Reservation Bill, due to which there was huge traffic jam on the roads of Mumbai. The woman stuck in this traffic got down from her car and scolded Minister Girish Mahajan.

When this incident happened, Minister Girish Mahajan was talking to the media. Then the woman reached him and shouted, “Get out of here.” The woman also argued with the policemen and advised the minister to go to a nearby ground and protest instead of blocking the road. The video of this entire incident had gone viral on social media.

After the issue gained prominence, Zen Sadavarte, a class 10 student and activist from Mumbai, has filed a police complaint against the woman. It has been alleged in the complaint that the woman deliberately created a ruckus amidst the rally of thousands of women so that there could be a stampede and a major accident could occur. The complaint also states that the woman threw a bottle at the protesters and the police. The complainant says that the woman did this to gain fame by watching news channels and tried to take the law into her hands.

However, earlier, while reacting to this incident, Minister Girish Mahajan had said that the woman’s anger had come suddenly and he did not want any action against her. She also said that she was in a hurry to bring her child from school, so her anger was justified to some extent. But now in his complaint, Zen Sadavarte has demanded registration of FIR against the woman under different sections of the Indian Justice Code.
