Hyundai has launched the Night Edition of the Venue, which gets an all-black theme for a sporty look. Engine options remain the same, but dashcam feature has been added in some variants. Its starting price is ₹ 9.69 lakh.
hmHyundai has launched a new update of its popular compact SUV, Venue, the Night Edition in India. This new model is part of the company’s ‘Night’ series, which is quite popular among the customers. The company says that since the arrival of this series in 2022, 92,000 units have been sold so far.
The new Hyundai Venue Night Edition has been specially designed for those customers who want a different and sporty look in their car. It gets an all-black theme, which gives the SUV a strong presence on the road. The front of the SUV has a black painted grille, matte black Hyundai logo and black skid plates. Apart from this, the roof rails, ORVMs (side mirrors) and alloy wheels have also been finished in black color. Some variants also get red colored brake callipers and a special ‘Night’ badge, making it even more different from the regular Venue.

The new edition also has a completely black-out theme inside. It has brass colored inserts which enhance the premium feel. There is special black upholstery on the seats, which makes the interior even more sporty.
Engine and Performance
No changes have been made in the engine. The SUV comes with the same engine options as before. These include a 1.2-litre petrol engine, 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine (with DCT), and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. All engines are available in manual and automatic transmission options.

Hyundai has also added a new dashcam feature in some variants of the Venue, which supports modes like driving, emergency and trip recording. It can be accessed through a mobile app, which increases both safety and convenience. The company has also launched two new matte color options for the Venue – Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte. These make the SUV even more attractive.

As seen in the Night Edition of Creta, in this update too Hyundai has paid more attention to design and features rather than mechanical changes. Talking about the price, the ex-showroom price of HX5 1.2 petrol MT variant of Night Edition is ₹ 9.69 lakh, HX5 1.5 diesel MT variant is ₹ 11.11 lakh, HX6T 1.2 petrol MT variant is ₹ 11.03 lakh, HX8 1.5 diesel AT is ₹ 13.84 lakh and HX10 1.0 Turbo Petrol DCT variant is priced at ₹ 11.03 lakh.
