The first step is cleansing
The first step of body polishing is cleansing. For this, take bath with lukewarm water. This removes the dust particles and other dirt present on the skin. Use body wash while bathing. After this, for double cleansing, take curd, apply it thoroughly on your entire body and massage it gently in circular motion for 2-3 minutes. After this, clean the skin with a moist sponge.
The second step is exfoliating
The skin is exfoliated so that the remaining dirt and dead skin is removed. For this, you can take rice flour, mint and aloe vera according to summer. Take one cup flour in a bowl, blend mint leaves and aloe vera gel together. Mix it with rice flour and make a paste and apply it on the entire body and leave it for at least 10 minutes. After this, rub the skin gently and clean it with clean water.

The fourth step is pack or mask
In the fourth step of body polishing, you have to prepare a pack or mask. It relaxes your skin. For this, prepare a pack by mixing two pinches of turmeric, sandalwood powder, honey and milk. Apply it on your entire body. After about 10 to 15 minutes, clean the pack with a wet tissue or sponge.

5th and last step
The last step in body polishing is to apply serum or gel. Talking about natural things, you can use aloe vera gel. Mix two to three Vitamin E capsules in aloe vera gel and then apply it in a thin layer on your entire body. Let it dry on its own so that it gets absorbed into the skin. After this, if you want, you can also clean it with a sponge.
