Under ‘Sankalp Se Samadhan Abhiyan’ in Madhya Pradesh, 47.68 lakh out of 47.69 lakh applications were resolved. With a success rate of 99.9%, the campaign proved to be an important step towards good governance and transparency.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that through ‘Sankalp Se Samadhan Abhiyan’, complaints and applications of citizens in the state have been resolved in a fast, effective and transparent manner. This campaign has proved to be an important step in strengthening good governance and taking the benefits of government schemes to the last person.
For successful operation of the campaign, teams were formed at village and ward level. These teams collected applications from door to door and resolved them immediately through camps. Also, online entry and tracking of all applications was done through the portal. To maintain transparency, continuous monitoring was also done from the special dashboard of CM Helpline.
Timely resolution of 47.68 lakh applications: 99.9% success rate
A total of 47.69 lakh applications were received in this campaign which ran from January 12 to March 31. Of these, 47.68 lakh cases were successfully resolved, representing a 99.9 per cent success rate. This figure shows that the campaign was very effective and yielding results.
Campaign run in four phases: Solution from village to district level
The campaign was implemented in four phases to ensure resolution of problems at every level.
- First phase (12 January-15 February 2026): Applications were collected at village and ward level.
- Second phase (16 February-16 March 2026): Applications were resolved by organizing camps at Panchayat and ward level.
- Phase III (16 March-31 March 2026): All the remaining issues were resolved by organizing camps at the block level and the eligible people were given the benefits of the schemes.
- Fourth phase (26 March to 31 March 2026): By organizing camps at the district level, all the pending cases were resolved and the benefits of the schemes were provided to the eligible beneficiaries.
A total of 3,659 camps were organized during the entire campaign.
Fast service delivery in public welfare schemes
Under this campaign, many government services were expedited.
- 8.71 lakh applications were received for the copy of ongoing Khasra-Khatauni, out of which 8.69 lakh were resolved.
- Out of 5.77 lakh applications related to Ayushman Bharat Scheme, 5.62 lakh were resolved.
- Out of 4.09 lakh applications for map copy, 4.08 lakh were resolved.
- Out of 3.64 lakh applications for rural building construction permission, 3.59 lakh were resolved.
- Construction workers registration: Solution of 2.18 lakh out of 2.31 lakh
- No-dues certificates: 1.87 lakh out of 1.88 lakh resolved
- Old Age Pension Scheme: Solution for 1.52 lakh out of 1.63 lakh
- Kisan Credit Card: 1.48 lakh out of 1.50 lakh resolved
Certification and infrastructure improvements
- Almost all the applications for local resident certificate were resolved.
- Under the Tap Water Scheme, drinking water facility in rural areas was strengthened by completing 1.33 lakh out of 1.39 lakh applications.

- Urban Development: 98.18%
- Public Health and Medical Education: 97.44%
- Panchayat and Rural Development: 97.65%
- Cooperative: 98.63%

- Labor Department: 93.47%
- Social Justice Department: 93.38%
People-oriented administration got a strong foundation
The Chief Minister said that this campaign has been successful in strengthening the transparent, accountable and public welfare administration in the state. ‘Sankalp Se Samadhan Abhiyan’ has emerged as an effective and result giving initiative towards good governance.
