It is being told that accused Ayaan had made his stay in this flat situated on the third floor. According to local people, suspicious activities used to go on here day and night. There was frequent coming and going of young men and women, due to which the people living nearby started getting suspicious.

People used to come and go hiding their identity
A person living in the same building told the media that many times 18-19 year old girls used to come here and stay till late night. The most shocking thing was that the people coming and going used to come wearing burqa or scarf to hide their identity, so that no one gets suspicious. When the owner of the flat was told about this, she did not take it seriously.
When the police arrived, the accused absconded
A new twist in the case came when the police team reached this flat. According to the local people, before the police arrived, a person living there locked the house and ran away. At present, the police has taken possession of the flat and it is being considered as the main center of this entire scandal.
Allegations of exploitation and video recording of girls
Investigation has revealed that the accused used to call girls to rented rooms and exploit them and make objectionable videos. Taking major action in this case, Amravati Rural Police has arrested four accused, which include Ayaan Ahmed, Uzair Khan, Mohammad Saad and Tarbez Khan. So far, 8 victims have been identified, while the search for others is ongoing.
SIT formed, police investigating digital evidence
Considering the seriousness of the case, the police have formed a 47-member Special Investigation Team (SIT). 5 mobile phones and a laptop have been recovered from the accused. Police are now trying to recover deleted videos from these devices, so that other people connected to this network can be reached.
Action will also be taken against the person giving the flat
Investigation has also revealed that the person who had provided this room has also been arrested by the police. Police are trying to find out whether the flat owner was aware of these activities or not.
