Is Rise Beer a healthy drink?
Dr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Internal Medicine Consultant, Regency Hospital, Gorakhpur, says that although some quantity of Vitamin-B complex like thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3) are found in Rise Beer. But it is wrong to consider it a healthy drink. Because rice beer also contains alcohol, which if consumed in excess can have negative effects on the liver, brain and heart. If a person consumes rice beer occasionally and in limited quantities, it does not cause any major harm. But drinking daily or more is not right.

What do experts say?
Let us tell you that Rise Beer also contains small amounts of magnesium, potassium and antioxidants, which help in the body’s metabolism and energy production. But these micronutrients are present in very small amounts and consuming alcohol is not the right way to get them. Therefore, consume rise beer as little as possible.
