Dhanu, an 8 -month -old son of Sanjay Soni, a resident of the new bus stand area of Shivpuri district, was playing in the house on Sunday morning. While playing, a balloon lying there takes it in the mouth. During this time, the balloon gets trapped in his wind pipe. But instead of treatment, doctors in both hospitals advised to go to another hospital.
Eventually the family reached Dhanu to the government medical college of the district. Here the team of doctors immediately started treatment and took out the balloon from the windpipe. But the child remained in the absence of oxygen for a long time, due to which the child died.
If brought on time, he might have survived life
Expressing grief over this incident, Dr. Paramahamsa, Dean of Medical College, said that it was too late at the time when the child was brought to us.
