Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is going to start three new residential schemes to provide housing to about 8 lakh people in Lucknow. These schemes will come under the Chief Minister’s Urban Extension Scheme and develop in Purvanchal/Agra Expressway and Mohanlalganj. The LDA has sent a proposal to the government for this.
Budget will be available from the government for the housing scheme. All three residential scheme will be brought on 4800 acres. These will be in two 1800-1800 and one in 1200 acres. Apart from this, the Anand Nagar scheme is also going to be launched soon. Action to raise land will also be started for BKT scheme. There is a plan to launch the Anand Nagar scheme on Ram Navami on Mohan Road.
8 lakh people will get accommodation
LDA VC Prathamesh Kumar informed that not three residential schemes will be brought inside the border area of LDA. Of these, schemes will be brought in 1800 -1800 on the banks of Purvanchal Expressway and Agra Expressway and 1200 acres behind the jail in Mohanlalganj. The funds for these schemes will be sought from the government. He told that with the arrival of these schemes, many lakh people will get housing. It is being told that a plan has been prepared to provide housing to about 8 lakh people.
Plan will be launched on Ramnavami
The VC of Lucknow Development Authority said that there is a plan to launch Anand Nagar Yojana on Mohan Road on Ram Navami. Preparations are going on for this. The price of land here will be around 41000 per square meter. The free hold fee will be different. Registration for 334 plants will be opened on the occasion of launching. Prathamesh Kumar also said that the action to raise land for BKT scheme will also start. He informed that the management city scheme stuck for many years will also be implemented. The work of this scheme is also going on. After the green corridor project or the plan will be quite important.
