Washington DC [यूएस]July 9 (ANI): The Television Academy on Wednesday announced the nominations for its 78th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. In this, drama series ‘Pit’ is at the forefront with 25 nominations, followed by the series ‘Hack’. According to Deadline, the final season of ‘Hack’ has set a record for a comedy series by receiving 24 nominations in a single season. Apple TV’s ‘Widow’s Bay’ came in third with 19 nominations, followed by Apple’s first-year show ‘Pluribus’ with 18 and Netflix’s ‘Beef’ with 16 nominations. Reality dance show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ has received nominations for the first time in 10 years in the newly created Outstanding Variety Series and Outstanding Reality Competition Program categories.
