Kosambari salad, traditionally made in South India, is a very healthy snack which is rich in taste and nutrients. For this, washed moong dal is soaked. Remove it from water, add finely chopped cucumber, freshly grated coconut, finely chopped green chillies, green coriander, lemon juice, salt as per taste and enjoy.
