Australia Test Squad Announced: Australia has announced the team for the Test series against Bangladesh. Australia has announced a 13-member team, in which captain Pat Cummins is seen returning. Apart from Cummins, Nathan Lyon and Josh Hazlewood have also returned. These three players were out of the Test team for 6 months. A 2-Test series between Australia and Bangladesh is to be played in August. The first Test between the two teams will be played in Darwin from 13 August. Whereas the second test will be held in Mackay from 22nd August.

Cummins, Hazlewood, Lyon return to Test team after 6 months

Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon played their last Test in the Ashes series against England in December last year. Both of them were out of the team due to injury after the third match of the 5-Test Ashes series. He did not play in the next two Tests played in Melbourne and Sydney. Josh Hazlewood played his last Test in July last year. Hazlewood was selected in the Australian team for the Ashes series against England held in December-January, but due to injury he also had to be left out of the team.
