Border Gavaskar Series: Team India has to play Border Gavaskar Series against Australia at the end of this year. This series is going to be very important for the Indian team. Because Team India may have to face difficulties to reach the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) this time.

If Team India does not win this series or is not able to draw it, then this time it will not be able to reach the final. This series is also important because this time not 4 but 5 matches will be played in the series.

In which some players who are consistently performing well in domestic can also be given a chance. These players have been performing brilliantly for some time now due to which they can be selected in the Border Gavaskar Series.

Nitish Reddy may get a chance

Many all-rounders will be given a chance in the team selected in this series. In which some new players may also join. Fast bowling all-rounder Nitish Reddy can be selected for this series. Nitish has also been selected for the India A series to be held in Australia. If he performs well in that then he can be selected in Team India.

Abhimanyu Easwaran can be selected for this series

Some back up openers may also get a chance in the team for this series. Abhimanyu Easwaran, who has scored four consecutive centuries in domestic, can be given a chance in this series. If Rohit Sharma does not play in the first two matches, then Abhimanyu can be given a chance in his place in the playing eleven. Whereas in the absence of Rohit, Jasprit Bumrah can take command of the team.
