Movement of clouds in Delhi-NCR, heat continues
The sky will be partly covered with clouds in Delhi-NCR on July 15. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 38 degrees Celsius and the minimum is expected to be 28 degrees Celsius. The weather will remain almost like this for the next three-four days. There is no possibility of heavy rain, but humidity may bother people.
Signs of rain in many districts of Uttar Pradesh
Many cities including Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ayodhya and Kanpur may receive light rain or thundershowers amid clouds on July 15. The weather will be relatively clear in Agra, Meerut and Western UP. Rain activities are expected to increase in many districts of Eastern and Central UP between July 16 and 19, while a warning of heavy rain for a few days is also issued in Prayagraj region.
Rain continues in Bihar, thunder and lightning in many districts
There is a possibility of normal to moderate rain and thundershowers on July 15 in most of the districts including Patna, Arrah, Buxar, Nalanda and Purnia. The maximum temperature in Patna is expected to be around 33 degrees, while in Purnia it is expected to be 33 degrees. There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in Purnia and surrounding areas on July 18 and 19.
Alert of lightning and strong winds in Jharkhand
Ranchi, Deoghar (Baidyanath Dham), Daltonganj, Bano (Simdega) and surrounding areas may experience rain, thunderstorms and strong winds at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour on July 15. The maximum temperature in Ranchi is likely to be around 28 degrees, while in Deoghar it is likely to be 30 degrees. The weather will remain active in many areas till July 17.
Rain activity will increase in Madhya Pradesh
Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur and Gwalior will remain partly cloudy on July 15. The maximum temperature can be 32 degrees in Bhopal, 33 degrees in Indore and 36 degrees in Jabalpur. There are indications of increase in thunderstorm and rain activities in many parts from July 16.
Relief in Rajasthan for now, weather will change later
The weather will be normal in Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur on July 15 and cloud movement will remain. The maximum temperature in Jaipur can reach 35 degrees, while in Jodhpur it can reach 38 degrees. After July 16, there is a possibility of light rain and thundershowers in some parts of southern Rajasthan.
Rain in Mumbai, Maharashtra, signs of change in Pune
Light rain is expected to continue in Mumbai on July 15 and moderate rain may occur in the next few days. The weather in Pune will remain normal at present, but rain activities are likely to increase after July 17. The maximum temperature of Mumbai is likely to be 32 degrees and that of Pune is likely to be 32 degrees.

According to the latest IMD report, weather indications suggest that between July 16 and 19, rain activities may intensify in parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, East Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Thunderstorms and strong winds may continue at many places in Jharkhand, while Delhi-NCR and Rajasthan are likely to see cloudy and humid weather instead of heavy rains.
