Side Pull – To do this, hold the ears from the uppermost part, pull the ears upwards and release them slightly. Do this exercise 10 times.
Side way bridge – To do this, hold the ears from the middle part and pull the ears outwards. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
pull down – Grasp the ear lobes and gently pull downwards. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
circular motion – Place your index finger near the ear hole and take the thumb behind the ear. Now rotate the ears clockwise and anti-clockwise 10-10 times.
Upper Cervix Massage – Place the thumb on the upper fold of the ear and rotate it towards the head while applying light pressure. Repeat 10-10 times on both sides.
Ear Pinch- Pinch the ears by pressing them slightly vertically and then release. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
