1. Do Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
This yoga asana is considered very effective in getting relief from back pain. To do this the body has to be tilted backwards. This stretches the waist, which makes the waist strong and flexible. There may be pain in the knees while doing this. That’s why you use a mattress.
2. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
Apart from strengthening the waist, it also helps in slimming the stomach. To do this, first lie down on your stomach and raise your neck. This yoga asana stretches the spine and is helpful in providing relief from back pain. Even if your stomach is protruding, you can do this yoga asana.
3. Shalabhasana (Locust Pose)
This yoga asana also helps in strengthening the spine. Besides, doing this also reduces belly fat. To do this yoga asana, each leg is raised from behind. If you do this yoga asana daily, it helps in keeping both the stomach and waist healthy.
4. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
To get relief from back pain, you can practice Dhanurasana daily. By doing this, flexibility increases and digestion also improves. To do this, you have to lie down on your stomach and lift both your legs and join them with your hands. This will create the shape of a bow. It will seem a little difficult in the beginning but by doing it daily you will get used to it.
5. Marktasana (Monkey Pose)
Marktasana is considered to be the most effective posture for providing relief from back pain. In this, the knees and toes are bent close and the legs are bent on the right side and the neck is bent on the left side. It stretches the spine and provides immediate relief from back pain.
