Karisma Kapoor has given on rent a residential unit located in Bandra West area of Mumbai. For which Karisma Kapoor will get a fare of Rs 5.51 lakh. Information about this deal of Karisma Kapoor has been obtained from her property registration documents which have been reviewed by Square Yards on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR). This deal was officially registered in November 2025. According to the property documents registered by the Inspector General of Registration, which have been reviewed by Square Yards, this residential unit in Grand Bay Condominium, Hill Road has a carpet area of 204.38 square meters (2,200 sq ft).

The property deal signed by Karisma Kapoor also includes three car parking spaces. Stamp duty of ₹17,100 and registration fee of ₹1,000 was paid in this transaction. This deal also includes a security deposit of ₹ 20 lakh. According to this deal, this rental agreement will be for one year. For which Karisma Kapoor will get a rent of Rs 5.51 lakh. On annual basis this amount comes to around Rs 66 lakh. At present this agreement has been made for 1 year.
Has already earned Rs 1.23 crore
As per IGR property documents, the total rent during the lease period works out to ₹66.12 lakh. The same unit was earlier given on rent under a registered transaction in November 2023. This rental agreement was for two years, which has now been extended for 1 more year. The earlier deal was signed in November 2023 in which the monthly rent for the first year was fixed at ₹ 5 lakh and for the second year at ₹ 5.25 lakh. During this entire deal, Karishma has received around Rs 1.23 crore as rent. Now he will get Rs 66 lakh more on renewing the deal.
