uThere has been a stir in the health department in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh after the audio of a government doctor and a female health worker went viral. This case is of Lambhua Community Health Center, where the then Medical Superintendent, Dr. Anil Kumar, is talking objectionable to a female health worker over the phone.
In the viral audio, the doctor is talking about meeting the woman, hanging out with her, taking her shopping and talking about love. When the woman protested, the doctor offered her to bring another girl and said that he would pay whatever the cost would be. The woman rejected this demand in strong words and asked to leave the job.
Doctor talked obscenely to female health worker on phone
In the audio, the doctor is also heard saying that he has not gone home for three months and is in a bad mood. He talks about giving any kind of favor and money to the woman. The female health worker has complained about this matter to Chief Medical Officer Dr. Bharat Bhushan.
The CMO has formed a team to investigate the matter and said that the statements of both the parties are being recorded. After the statement, action will be taken as per rules.

Let us tell you that Dr. Anil Kumar was transferred from Lambhua CHC to Kadipur on 13 October. This transfer took place at a time when a woman died at Lambhua CHC due to lack of treatment and doctors did not reach the spot after the incident. The doctor has recently taken charge in Kadipur.
