Khushboo Patani, who is the X Major and Fitness Coach of the Indian Army, launched a scathing attack, calling Anirudhacharya’s comment as ‘anti-women’. In his viral video, he said, ‘If it was in front of me, then I would have explained what it is. They are anti-national. But in the meantime, some social media users raised controversy by linking their comments with Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s Guru Premanand Ji Maharaj.
In response, Khushboo gave her clarification on Instagram on 3 August 2025 and said, ‘My comment was about this video. Whatever I have said, it is being introduced incorrectly and is being distracted to present the wrong picture … Therefore, my name is being linked to other saints like Premanand Ji Maharaj so that people can be misled and dismissed me … But these people do not know who they are playing with. ‘ He made it clear that his criticism was limited to Anirudhacharya’s statement only.
