Yogi government is running 8 residential and 150 Abhyudaya coaching centers for youth empowerment. Through these, more than 23,000 students are getting free preparation for many exams including UPSC, PCS, NEET, JEE. In residential PCS coaching, tuition, hostel and guidance are all available free of cost.
Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is making special efforts to provide better education and employment opportunities to the youth. For this purpose, 8 free residential coaching centers and 150 Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Coaching Centers are being run in the state. Through these schemes, bright and economically weak youth are getting great help in preparing for competitive examinations. The focus of the government is to ensure that the talent of no student is left behind due to financial constraints.
Two types of coaching: Residential and Abhyudaya
Social Welfare Department runs two types of coaching for competitive students in the state-
- Residential Coaching: Accommodation, food and library facilities along with studies.
- Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Coaching: Just classes and study material, but completely free.
The scope of Abhyudaya Yojana is very large. Here, not only UPPCS, but preparation for almost all the major exams including UPSC, Banking, SSC, Subordinate Services, JEE, NEET, NDA, CDS, B.Ed, TET is done.
More than 23,000 students registered in 150 centers
This year, so far 23801 students have registered in 150 Abhyudaya coaching centers of the state. In these-
- Civil Services: 8663
- NEET: 5574
- JEE: 2018
- NDA/CDS: 801
- Other exams: 6745
Students are also provided with syllabus, question bank and exam-centric material so that preparation can be done in a systematic manner.
Free Residential Coaching for PCS Mains Exam
Free residential coaching is being given for the preparation of PCS main examination at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Research and Training Institute located in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. This facility is for those male candidates of SC, ST and OBC category whose family income is up to Rs 6 lakh. So far so many candidates have registered-
During the coaching period, students will get hostel, food, library and expert classes completely free of cost. Besides, regular answer writing practice, model tests and special sessions based on exam pattern will also be conducted.
Abhyudaya coaching changed the future of thousands of youth
Chief Minister Abhyudaya Coaching is proving to be a strong career platform for the youth of the state. In this, coaching, study material and guidance, everything is available free of cost. Shruti Shravan, who got 882nd rank in UPSC CSE 2023, said that this scheme helped her a lot in strengthening her preparation, improving her performance and achieving success in the exam.
