Uttar pradesh green energy hub: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath mentioned that the biggest concern before the country and the world is to save the creature and human civilization. For this, according to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we have to move towards the net zero, reduce carbon emissions. CM Yogi Adityanath said this when on Sunday came to inaugurate the Green Hydrogen Plant of Torrent Group in Khanimpur, Gorakhpur. This Green Hydrogen Plant, established by Torrent Gas and Torrent Power, is the first and the second plant in the entire country.
This initiative of PM Narendra Modi will reach door-to-door
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that he spoke about the big role of green energy in protecting the environment and prevention of diseases. He said that this plant will play a big role to protect green energy and different diseases in the energy sector and health sector. This plant, established by the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is a new attempt towards getting energy free from pollution. He said that a plant of Torrent Group here is the first CNG. Now a green hydrogen plant has been set up here. Now there will be blending of green hydrogen and CNG-PNG. After this, it will be transported from house to house as LPG. The CM said that it is expected that with the production of green energy it will be the center of innovation and will work to carry out the lives of the people.
Water is better in UP
The Chief Minister said that green hydrogen is the energy of the future. It is a matter of pleasure for Uttar Pradesh that there is a lot of water here, so there is a lot of hope to do that work here. Water contains two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. He said that Uttar Pradesh is better in terms of water resources. In many places, water is found in a depth of ten meters. Many rivers flow in UP. Due to adequate availability of water resources, Uttar Pradesh is capable of creating green energy on a large scale.
10 crore families get gas connection from Ujjwala scheme
The Chief Minister said that carbon emissions are done by every work that causes pollution. Earlier food was made from wood or coal in homes, which led to carbon emissions. PM Modi has provided free LPG connections to 10 crore families through Ujjwala scheme. Due to this, the intention behind was to relieve people from lungs, TB, eye related and other diseases. CM Yogi said that in his speech on the occasion of Independence Day, PM Modi has announced a big amount for the next phase of the Ujjwala scheme. The Prime Minister has also announced the package for cheap LPG.
Electric bills reduced due to LED use
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that earlier normal bulbs were used in street lights, which led to more carbon emissions, electricity was spent more and the bill was also more. Today LED street lights reduced energy consumption and carbon emissions also reduced. LEDs do not burn insects and smell. Whereas in the earlier halogen bulbs, innumerable insects used to be dug after the rain, which caused the smell.
Green energy will be cheaper like mobiles in the coming time
CM Yogi said that we have hydropower, or thermalpower in the field of energy. There is no wind energy in the state. The state government has set a target of setting up 22 thousand MW renewal energy. Till now we have reached 6 thousand MW in this area. Constant efforts are being made to increase this. Renewal energy requires some other energy. In the future, the field of green energy is the most widespread probability in hydrogen energy. He said that this energy is definitely somewhat expensive but in the coming time, it will become cheaper like mobile phones.
Green energy will change the world’s fate
The Chief Minister said that Green Energy will change the fate of the whole world. The first reason for the adverse effect on human health along with nature is playing with nature and second is the excessive use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers in agriculture. This is also the cause of cancer, liver malfunction and other serious diseases. Playing with nature is causing climate change. It is also getting delayed. Today it should have been in the month of July, now it is being delayed. Earlier, during Navratri, Chuda used to come to the house of people, but with the delay of weather, the crop is also getting late. Today, there is excess rainfall and somewhere it is drying up. All this is the result of Khelwad with the environment. People are cutting trees. Water sources are deteriorating due to pollution, water has become polluted. The Chief Minister said that with all these works, we are playing with life with life.
Treatment of environmental problems of humans
CM Yogi said that the treatment of environmental problems is in the hands of man. Its first treatment is natural farming and the second treatment is in the use of green energy. Natural farming will also protect cow dynasty and our farming will also be saved from being poisonous. The food that will produce from this farming will make us healthy and healthy. These tasks have to be moved forward in a systematic manner. PM Modi enhanced the work of cleanliness through every house toilet and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Various diseases were eliminated due to cleanliness. He said that encephalitis disease that took innocent children in this area also ended due to cleanliness. He said that now we have to protect the environment. We have to free our farming from chemical fertilizers and pesticides. For this we will need green energy. UP is most likely in UP.
CM praises Torrent Group
CM Yogi praised the Torrent Group and said that the Torrent Group has done the work of providing electricity in every house in Agra. In 16 other districts, LPG is being provided by the group through PNG. He said that today we have pipes with pipes and pipes also have LPG. The supply of gas from the pipe is an ambitious scheme of PM Modi which is strengthening the concept of developed India.
