Bade Mian is Bade Mian, Chhote Mian Subhanallah. We are talking about Tejashwi Jaiswal and his younger brother Yashasvi Jaiswal. On December 6, 2025, both the brothers accomplished a feat which they had never done before in their career. Both of them scored fifty plus scores. While playing for Tripura in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Tejashwi Jaiswal hit a fifty against Uttarakhand, his younger brother and international player Yashasvi Jaiswal did the same feat in the Vizag ODI against South Africa.

Fifty plus score of Tejashwi and Yashasvi

Be it Tejashwi or Yashasvi, the special thing about both the brothers scoring fifty plus scores on the same day was that it was seen for the first time from their bat. Tejashwi Jaiswal scored the first fifty of his T20 career, while his younger brother Yashasvi Jaiswal scored the first fifty plus score of his ODI International career in Vizag.

Did this for the first time in my career

Playing for Tripura, Tejashwi Jaiswal scored 51 runs in 37 balls at a strike rate of 138 against Uttarakhand in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. His innings included 1 fours and 4 sixes. Whereas Yashasvi Jaiswal scored fifty plus score in the third and last ODI of the series against South Africa. Yashasvi Jaiswal had scored only 55 runs in the 3 ODIs played earlier and his best score was 22 runs. But, in the fourth ODI of his career, he not only made his highest ODI score but also scored more runs in this one ODI than in the previous 3 ODIs.

Tejashwi’s team lost, Yashasvi’s turn

However, Tejashwi Jaiswal’s half-century did not work for his team. Uttarakhand defeated Tripura by 4 wickets. But the story looks a little different in Vizag. Here the fifty plus score from the bat of Yashasvi Jaiswal seems to be the guarantee of Team India’s victory.
