Apart from this, we should stay away from tobacco, alcohol and other intoxicants. Dr. Sandeep says that these act as poison for the entire body including our kidneys and liver.
He further said that if someone already has sugar, blood pressure or genetic kidney problem, then he must get checked annually. Urine and KFT tests should be done regularly.
Experts say that if you cannot go to gym or workout, then walk for at least 30 minutes daily. If someone is a heart patient then he should take a walk daily on the advice of experts. Drink 8 glasses or 2.5 liters of water throughout the day.
