Experts say that cases of heart attack are also seen mostly at night or early in the morning. Sleep is a healing mechanism, and when there is a lack of sleep, the body is not heal. This increases the stress of the body, due to which there can be problems like heart attack. If an average person needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep, then it can be less in children and the elderly.
Simple exercise for heart patient
Dr. Vikas Gupta, a pediatric cardiologist at Dharmashila Narayana Hospital, says that the most simple exercise for heart patients is Keep Walking i.e. you walk, walk, walk, or ride a bicycle. Walk from at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes daily. If there is a problem in the knees, then you can walk less, but movement is necessary. Apart from this, the most simple exercise for the lungs with the heart is that you have to split one balloon every morning and evening, but keep in mind that take a new balloon daily.
If surgery is done then how should the diet keep a diet?
